Shipping Information
- Within the Netherlands: Shipping is €2.95 and free above €35!
- Within Europe: Shipping costs a flat rate of €6.95.
- Non-EU Europe: €7,95 or free above €55!
- Outside Europe: Please contact us at info@ancestralis.co to discuss available shipping options and rates for your order.
Delivery Times
- Netherlands: 1-2 business days
- Belgium: 1-2 business days
- Rest of Europe: 2-10 business days (depending on distance)
- International: Delivery estimates will be provided for your custom order.
Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy because your happiness is important to us. Here’s how it works:
- You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- All items must be returned in their original unused condition.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If the return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow several days for the credit to appear on your statement.
